At Kempoh360, we strive to provide a smooth and flexible shopping experience for our customers. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may cancel their orders and receive refunds (if applicable), as well as the rights of sellers and service providers regarding order fulfillment.
Customers may cancel their orders before they are processed, shipped, or confirmed by the vendor or service provider. The ability to cancel and receive a refund depends on the status of the order and the type of item or service purchased.
Cancellations will only be honored if the order is still in a "Pending" or "Processing" state. Once an order has moved to "Shipped," "Out for Delivery," "Completed," or "In Progress" (for services), it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the Return or Refund Policy instead.
To cancel an order:
Log in to your Kempoh360 account.
Navigate to My Orders.
Select the order you wish to cancel.
Click Cancel Order (if cancellation is still available).
Provide a cancellation reason (optional).
Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Any payment made will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
Cancel before order is marked as shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed; you may request a return after delivery.
A full refund will be issued if cancelled on time.
Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.
Groceries and perishable items are typically processed quickly and may not be eligible for cancellation once packed or out for delivery.
No cancellation allowed after dispatch.
Cancellations must be made within 10–15 minutes of order placement.
Once the restaurant has confirmed the order or started preparation, cancellation is not allowed.
If cancelled within the allowed time, you’ll receive a full refund.
Vehicle listings and purchases often involve third-party verification, inspection, or escrow.
Cancellations can only be made before payment is confirmed or before vehicle dispatch/inspection.
Escrow-related cancellations are subject to contract terms and may involve cancellation fees.
Freelance services or digital work orders may be cancelled before the seller accepts or begins the task.
Once a task is marked as “In Progress,” cancellations are no longer permitted without seller approval.
If a seller fails to deliver on time, cancellation can be requested via our support team.
Orders may be automatically cancelled by Kempoh360 in the following cases:
The seller or vendor does not confirm or ship the order within the specified time.
The product or service becomes unavailable.
Payment verification fails or remains incomplete after a set time.
Suspected fraudulent activity is associated with the transaction.
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
Approved cancellations result in:
A full refund to the original payment method (card, wallet, bank transfer).
Refunds processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment method.
If paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are made via mobile money or bank transfer.
Vendors and service providers may cancel orders if:
The product or service is out of stock or unavailable
There is incomplete delivery information
The customer has a history of abuse or fraud
Such cancellations must be justified and may be reviewed by Kempoh360’s support team. Repeated vendor-initiated cancellations may affect seller rating or listing privileges.
