At Kempoh360, we are committed to providing a trustworthy and convenient marketplace. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may return items purchased on the platform.
You may request a return if:
The item delivered is damaged, defective, or expired
The product is significantly different from its description or images
You received the wrong item
The product is incomplete (missing parts/accessories)
Return requests must be initiated within the return window defined for each product category and in compliance with the specific conditions outlined below.
To return an item:
Log in to your Kempoh360 account.
Go to My Orders > Select the relevant order.
Click Request Return and provide:
A reason for the return
Photos or video evidence (if applicable)
Proof of purchase (order number)
Package the item securely and return it using the designated return method provided by the platform or seller.
Return requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Clothing items must not be washed, worn, or altered.
Returnable only if:
The item is spoiled, expired, or damaged
The wrong item was delivered
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Must include clear photographic evidence.
Returns are not accepted for food once delivered.
Refunds may be issued for:
Contaminated or spoiled food
Incorrect items delivered
Must be reported within 12 hours.
Returns only accepted in cases of:
Fraudulent listing
Undisclosed faults
Delivery of a different vehicle/model
Return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Detailed inspection reports and photos are required.
Items must not have been used or altered.
Digital services are non-returnable after full or partial usage.
Return or refund will only be considered:
If the service was not delivered
If the service was significantly misrepresented
Initiate within 3 days of delivery or deadline.
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
Opened or used consumables (except in cases of damage)
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
Digital downloads or software licenses
Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect
In cases of seller error or defective items, return shipping is covered by the seller or Kempoh360.
In cases of buyer remorse, the buyer bears the return shipping cost.
Return instructions and shipping label (if applicable) will be provided after request approval.
Once returned items are received, they will undergo an inspection process:
Approved returns will lead to refund or replacement.
Rejected returns (e.g., used, altered items) will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges may be available only for the same item (e.g., different size or color).
Requests are subject to product availability.
