    Yes — cancellations are allowed before the provider accepts or begins work. Once marked as “In Progress,” you must contact the provider or open a dispute.

    Refunds are processed within 5–21 business days after the item is received and inspected. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

    No cancellation fees apply for eligible cancellations. However, cancellations after shipment or due to user fault may not be refunded.
